¡Obtén el mejor audio durante tus programas favoritos de Telemundo! 

Para tener una experiencia de audio óptima el audio secundario (SAP) a veces etiquetado como “Secundario” debe estar apagado


Para hacer esto siga las instrucciones dadas abajo para tu dispositivo


Para televidentes con antena:

  1. Accede al menú de configuración: Usa tu control remoto para ir al menú de configuración de tu televisor
  2. Encuentra la sección de audio: Busca la opción "Audio" o "Sonido" dentro del menú de configuración
  3. Localiza la opción SAP: Busca la opción etiquetada "SAP", "MTS", "Audio 2" o algo similar
  4. Desactívelo: Selecciona la opción "SAP", "MTS", "Audio 2" y apágalo


Para televidentes con proveedor de cable o satélite:

  1. Accede al menú de configuración: Usa tu control remoto para ir al menú de configuración de tu decodificador
  2. Encuentra la sección de audio: Tu SAP o audio secundario puede estar bajo "Accesibilidad"
  3. Localiza la opción SAP: Busca la opción etiquetada "SAP", "MTS", "Audio 2" o “Audiodescripción”
  4. Desactívelo

Most Telemundo weekday primetime programs are CC3 enabled and offer English subtitles!

Here are some ways you can turn on English subtitles on your television or set-top-box



Using a voice activated remote:


  1. Try one of the following commands: "Turn on English Subtitles," "Turn on CC3," or "CC3 on"



Using a standard non-voice activated remote:

  1. Select the "CC" button on your remote to go directly to your television or set-top-box’s closed captioning settings
  2. Click "Menu" on your remote control and navigate the menu page until you find the "Closed Captioning" or "CC" setting. If you do not see the "Closed Captioning" or CC" setting, continue to navigate the menu page and find one of the following settings: "Options," "Preferences," "Accessibility," "Audio," or "Sound"
  3. Once you have found the closed captioning option, you may enable the English closed captions on your television or set-top box by turning the "CC3" feature "On"
